Our build-to-order kydex holsters come with a lifetime satisfaction guarantee. If you find something wrong with your custom order please let us know as soon as possible so we can make it right. Our staff will help determine if we need to send out replacement or forgotten parts, or instruct you to send the holster in for a rework or possible re-build. If that is the case we will credit your account for the return shipping up to $5.00. Include a copy of your order and any instructions that may help our craftsman solve the problem, and make your holster the best it can be. Because these are build to order, there are no cancellations or returns.
Our cerakote and related finishing services come with a 1-Year application warranty that covers improper applications that lead to chipping, flaking, rough surface from dry spray, failure to prep or degrease completely, etc. This warranty does not cover wear due to normal use. Cerakote is a wonderful protective coating but at the end of the day, it is a paint, and is expected to wear due to holsters, gun bags, use. Bright colors and high pigment coatings are expected to wear faster and show dirt, just due to their nature and chemistry. If you think the wear came from improper application please dont hesitate to ask us, bring it by, or send pictures so we can help you out. The 1 Year is excessive, if it was improperly applied, it generally wears within the first few uses.
